This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) defines the procedure and conditions for processing personal data of users of the Goldcontinent.uz online store (the “Website”), the use of cookies and similar technologies, and measures for protecting personal data. The Policy is developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on personal data and e‑commerce and forms part of the contractual terms applicable to the users of the Website (including the public offer, if published on the Website).
By using the Website and/or placing an order, the User confirms that he/she has read this Policy. If the User does not agree with the Policy, the User must refrain from using the Website and from providing personal data.
